Starting with a base of 50% latakia, with a generous portion of Turkish leaf and sweetened with stored red virginia, star of the east mixture is a full bodied blend, as well as a long time favourite of Cornell and Diehl customers.

Star of the East
Star of the East, hmm..not much of a star performer in my eyes. I'm a fan of Latakia and despite this supposedly being fifty percent Latakia you wouldn't think so when you smoke it, it really doesn't come through. It just goes to show it's the blend that's important, not the percentages. This one is way of the mark, an unimpressive, forgettable smoke that really doesn't hit the spot. Very disappointing.
