A nice change of pace
No, it's not pure latakia, but, as a latakia lover, it's nice to find something a little different that still provides. The other tobacco seems to be of good quality. It lights well, smokes cool, is well behaved, and I find it a nice change of pace for a routine latakia smoker.

Star of the East
Star of the East, hmm..not much of a star performer in my eyes. I'm a fan of Latakia and despite this supposedly being fifty percent Latakia you wouldn't think so when you smoke it, it really doesn't come through. It just goes to show it's the blend that's important, not the percentages. This one is way of the mark, an unimpressive, forgettable smoke that really doesn't hit the spot. Very disappointing.
