Product Description
This blend is based on a larger amount of the Oriental, which is known for its delicious soft and yet aromatic and spicy flavors. A little smoky Latakia and a pinch of Black Cavendish and Virginia perfecting the medium-strong blend harmoniously. Originally this was a "private blend" supplied to a frequent customer - Colonel Tree.
A stunning tobacco that is often used an alternative to Balkan Sobrane. A personal favourite of our own Glynn Quelch and many at the Nottingham Pipe Club.

A little known gem

I have always sang the praises of the usual Squadron Leader and Commonwealth Mixture. I was recommended this blend by a friend I have almost smoked a tin in just over a week. This is a mighty fine blend with quite a kick, I'd say the latakia is strong but all the flavours have their opportunity to shine. This should be in every English blend smokers cellar.
