Kendal Mixed Shag - Unscented

Kendal mixed is a tobacco which if smoked with a little care, rewards the smoker with an earthy and sweet hay like smoke. A nice medium strength tobacco, which is ideal for those looking for a cheap daytime tobacco and it doesn’t matter if you only smoke half a bowl. ideal tobacco to mellow down a hot, more golden blend or allow a sticky aromatic to burn easier.

Great for those moving from Cigarettes to the Pipe. 

Not everyone wants a complex blend of tobaccos. The Kendal Shag tobaccos, made by Gawith Hoggarth are simple, Virginia tobaccos with or without top dressings.  Made using the same Virginia leaves that feature in the iconic blends like; Ennerdale Flake, Bright CR and Balkan Mixture.

Coming in a number of strengths, based on blend of either Bright Leaf or Dark Fired.

• Kendal Gold – All bright leaf 
• Kendal No6 – Mainly bright with a little fired
• Kendal Mixed – Pretty much 50/50 of the two
• Kendal No7 – Mainly dark fired with some bright leaf
• Kendal Dark -  All dark fired leaf

Cut at 1.5mm and not suitable as a rolling tobacco
