Legend has it that Fidel Castro discovered the blend after a bodyguard offered him a cigar made by a local farmer and cigar roller. He was so impressed by the stick’s quality that he commissioned the cigar maker as his very own personal roller, producing cigars exclusively for Castro and his parliamentary peers.
