The Botticelli cigar is a striking centrepiece within the Sacred Arts Collection from El Septimo—a series inspired by the biblical Seven Days of Creation and the master artists who brought those moments to life. Each cigar in the collection is uniquely blended, sized, and styled, bearing the name of a legendary painter whose work reflects one of the days of creation.
Named after the Renaissance master Sandro Botticelli and inspired by The Annunciation, the Botticelli represents the third day of creation, when the earth, seas, and plant life were formed. This symbolism is echoed in the cigar’s earthy elegance and natural balance.
Handcrafted entirely with premium Costa Rican tobaccos—wrapper, binder, and filler—and aged for an exceptional 10 years in cedar barrels, the Botticelli delivers a refined and contemplative smoking experience. The large-format Salomon opens with a distinctive cereal-like nuttiness, layered with rich earth tones. While medium in strength throughout, it offers a fuller, more expressive retrohale early on, gradually softening and becoming smoother as the smoke progresses.
