The Crowned Heads La Imperiosa Dukes Cigar is a rich, full-flavoured Nicaraguan cigar from the highly regarded boutique cigar manufacturer Crowned Heads. Inspired by the acclaimed Las Calaveras Edición Limitada 2014, La Imperiosa brings the distinctive character of that celebrated blend into a regular-production range.
Handmade at the renowned My Father Cigars factory in Estelí, Nicaragua, the La Imperiosa Dukes features a beautifully dark and oily Ecuadorian Habano Oscuro wrapper, combined with a carefully selected Nicaraguan binder and filler. This combination produces a complex, medium-to-full-bodied cigar with exceptional depth and richness.
Measuring 5½ inches in length with a 54 ring gauge, the Dukes is a substantial Robusto Extra, offering a longer and broader smoking experience than the smaller Magicos vitola. Its generous dimensions allow the rich Nicaraguan tobaccos to develop their distinctive flavours throughout the smoke.
From the first draw, the La Imperiosa Dukes delivers bold notes of dark chocolate, espresso and black pepper, complemented by earthy undertones and rich leather.
