Product Description
This cigar has varied notes that offer a complex flavour, reaching a particularly defined medium strength and complex body that rises and changes throughout the smoke. This cigar has nuances of leather, earth, red fruits and caramel. It also has notes of smoke, flowers, coconut, cinnamon and at the end an intense wood taste.

Over the years, in the galleys of Casa Turrent they have reserved a selection of the best tobacco leaves that could be part of pieces of a supreme flavour.
Their most recent line, 1880, has aged for over a decade. It’s tobacco comes from a singular harvest and fermentation.
These cigars have a complex flavour and full body with distinctive notes that change throughout the smoke, making them special, unique and different.
Alberto and Alejandro Turrent, owners of Nueva Matacapan de Tabacos S.A. de C.V, are the first family of Mexico's cigar industry. The father-son team not only make some of Mexico's best cigars but are also the largest grower of cigar tobacco in the country. The San Andres Maduro leaf they grow outside of Veracruz is world renowned for its quality, and a variety of their tobaccos are important components in many of America's most premium cigar brands.
To keep the consistency of their flagship Casa Turrent line, Alejandro decided a large factory was not the best place to make the more complex Casaseries.Instead Alejandro took his great-grandfather's house and renovated it to make a boutique factory with 15 people to produce the Casa Turrent series.

A Long Satisfying Smoke Outstanding Value

Difficult to find fault at this price. The UK Cigar market is crippled by tax 80%. This is a massive problem when evaluating and grading any cigar. When one pays £15 for what is a £3 or £4 cigar it's little wonder that many are simply overrated. I read reviews and then when I buy one and smoke it I'm left wondering why I wasted my money and who wrote this literary fantasy. Besides a review could relate to a previous batch. I'm not going to paint some colourful fantasy description of what the smoke tastes like..... I'm a smoker and my taste buds are not Michelin Chef.... Whose are?
I recommend this cigar, because I love a good cigar at an affordable price.. This cigar is great at this price. This cigar is an elegant cigar. They are well made and burn nicely. Settle yourself down for 90mins. A super relaxing and satisfying (medium bodied) smoke with no nasty surprises in the final third. A Winner in my book. Outstanding value.
