Templo de Oro, translating to Temple of Gold, takes its name from the cigar's beautiful golden-hued wrapper and striking presentation. Unlike the darker wrappers traditionally associated with OpusX, the Templo de Oro features an attractive, lighter-coloured wrapper, giving this exceptional cigar a distinctive appearance and character.
Measuring 5½ inches in length with a 52 ring gauge, the No. 3 is a generous Robusto-style cigar, offering an excellent balance between smoking time and flavour development.
Handcrafted in the Dominican Republic at the renowned Tabacalera A. Fuente y Cia factory, the Templo de Oro is produced using carefully selected, aged tobaccos. The precise blend remains a closely guarded secret, adding to the intrigue surrounding this exclusive release.
What makes the Templo de Oro particularly interesting is its departure from the traditionally powerful OpusX profile. Carlito Fuente has described this creation as one of the mildest and creamiest OpusX cigars he has developed, with an emphasis on refinement, balance and elegance.
