Samuel Gawiths Chocolate Flake has had a cult following for years and even Gawith Hoggarth got in on the action, with the release of their Bobs Choc Flake (Bob being the head blender at Samuel Gawiths). A delicious blend of Virginia, with Burley and Latakia is hot pressed, before being cut and given a Chocolate top dressing.
As soon as you open the pouch, the sweet aroma of Chocolate wafts into the room. The tobacco packs well, but often needs a slight little air drying. As soon as light the tobacco, you are greeted with the iconic Sam Gawith Virginia taste, with the Latakia taking a back seat (only showing its head from time to time) and the burley just adding to the addition of Chocolate. The Chocolate is the real treat with this tobacco, resulting a wonderful taste and room note.
