Product Description
Basically this is the uncut version of Full Virginia Flake, but smokes differently. Some find the tinned Samuel Gawith flakes a little moist and heavily compacted. This stunning plug is dryer and little less compacted, making it cooler and one of the easiest plugs to smoke. The tobacco is very smooth, cool and packed with sweet natural Virginia tobacco. Full Virginia plug is hot pressed to take the hot edge off the Virginia leaves.

Virginia as it's meant to be, from the newly converted

I've smoked FVF for many years in the flake form, drying it out until it had the consistency of cornflakes, it was the only way I could keep it lit. However, in the plug format I'm able to smoke it straight away and with no flavour loss, infact, if anything, an improved flavour and taste. One of the easiest flakes to cut (if you want hard work, try Warrior plug, it fights back, but well worth the struggle) and no problems staying lit all the way down to what you would expect from a fine tobacco, just grey ash. If you are a Virginia lover, even if you've smoked this in the flake form, you really should try this in the plug.
