This Christmas pipe continues the 12-year theme ‘The Nutcracker and the Mouse King’, which began in 2011 and will end in 2022.
It is based on the characters of the children’s book ‘The Nutcracker and the Mouse King’ by German author Ernst Theodor Amadeus Hoffmann and the famous ballet ‘The Nutcracker’ by Russian composer Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky.
This being the 10th pipe in the series, it depicts the Prince Nikita, a central character in the story.
The pipe is an elegant group 3 Bent Rhodesian pipe (3108) in Cumberland finish. It features a hallmarked Sterling Silver Spigot windshield decoratively engraved as well as a Sterling Silver band.
The impressive pipe tamper is 62 mm long and crafted from solid Sterling Silver. It depicts Prince Nikita sheltering Maria with his coat.
The highly collectable White Spot Christmas pipes and tampers are presented in a leather-bound book held in attractive blue & red colours with gold embossing to represent the uniform of the Nutcracker. Each set is accompanied by its numbered limited edition certificate.
