1. Tonquin, tonquin and more tonquin

   If you like tonquin, this is the one for you! Reminds me of bubblegum of bygone eras. Not the most sophisticated of flavours, but very enjoyable for both the smoker and everyone else in the vicinity. Cutting into flakes or cubes, or rubbing out works equally well, but takes a little practice to perfect (which is a 'plug' thing, not specific to this one).

   I have always wondered what 1792 would taste like without the tonquin bean flavouring which is not to my taste, but this most certainly is, Sam Gawith's flakes are often derided for being soggy and needing long periods of drying time, not this one, this can be smoked, rubbed out straight from the tin, and if you like just a good plain tobacco taste, with plenty of vitamin N, then this is just the job. It's now become one of my favourites.
